"Our second stay at the Riu Latino was even better than the 1st. I can honestly say, I can continue visiting over and over. Lobby! Super welcoming staff, beautiful area to take in what you're about to experience. "⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a very good stay at the hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool was also excellent, and there was always plenty of space available around the pool, which was a big plus. The food was another highlight of our stay. The restaurants were very good, and the overall food quality was better than we expected. There are a few areas, however, where I think the hotel could improve. First, the poolside DJ music was a little disappointing. The music was often too mellow and relaxed for a pool environment. When you have a DJ playing by the pool, I would expect the atmosphere to be more upbeat, fun, and energetic. My suggestion would be to have the DJ play more lively music or consider hiring DJs who are better suited for creating a fun pool atmosphere. Another issue was the amount of seaweed around the beach/pool area. During the day, there was sometimes a noticeable unpleasant smell because the seaweed was not being cleaned frequently enough. I would strongly recommend removing the seaweed more frequently and earlier in the day to keep the area fresh and enjoyable. Finally, the quality of the drinks could be improved. The drinks were noticeably better if you purchased the Premium Drink Package, but without the Premium Package, many of the regular drinks and cocktails tasted quite watered down."

"Our stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating 10 years together, and the staff made us feel so special. They even put a “Happy Anniversary” banner outside our door, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. It was a memorable way to celebrate, and we would highly recommend it for a special getaway!"
