"We loved our stay at Riu palace Kukulkan, the service was excellent, the only thing we did liked was the non speaker restriction in the pool area. For an adult resort we’ll appreciate more flexibility with the music around the pool and bar."

"Paradisus is truly an all-inclusive experience that allowed my wife and I to fully relax for the week. The staff is so incredibly dedicated to their service that I felt like a king all week. At the pool the attendants were always there to help. The cleaning staff kept our room and the facilities immaculate (seriously the unsung heroes here. They cleaned our room TWICE a day!). The food was amazing, and I couldn't even believe how good the buffet was. If you want to just fully UNWIND, I suggest Paradisus! My daughter and I also did the Aquaworld dive they offered, and we did the two tank dive. Truly amazing!"

"My wife and I had our honeymoon there, and it was honestly an amazing time. The staff were super friendly and always attentive, which made us feel really welcome. The whole resort was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the food exceeded our expectations every night. I 100 percent recommend Haven Riviera for a relaxing, special getaway."

"We usually stay at a new resort each time in Mexico, but we will definitely be coming back to Iberostar. I loved the small size of the resort but it was never a bad thing because there was so much to do. The food was the best at any all inclusive I’ve stayed at. The only two things I could think to call out as improvements were there only being one option for breakfast and no breakfast room service- so you had to get up and go each morning. They did let us bring a plate of food back for my mom though. The pool tiles were coming off pretty frequently and were sharp on the feet. But overall we would definitely stay there again and enjoyed it very much!"

"Amazing all inclusive resort. Food was great, plenty of entertainment and involvement, pool was nice, and loved the beach access. Staff was friendly, and there’s a sweet little resort cat that they take care of who you can find lying around. 10/10 recommend this resort."
