"We were there for a 6 day vacation with friends. It rained most of the time with a slow moving storm but the staff did an excellent job of providing entertainment and other activities. The pools were awesome and the wait staff were very attentive. Overall it was a nice, peaceful vacation."

"The entire staff was incredibly hospitable. From the food and entertainment teams to customer service, sales, and the hospitality crew, everyone I encountered was hardworking, welcoming, and knowledgeable in their role. The staff truly deserves recognition for the effort they put into making guests feel welcome. My biggest concern, however, was the condition of the pool. This was not my first time visiting this resort, but it was the first time I noticed just how poorly maintained the pool tiles were. Unfortunately, one of the tiles cut my foot, and after speaking with several other guests, I learned that I was not the only person who had experienced this issue. Some guests shared experiences that were even more concerning than mine. This raises serious questions about the resort's maintenance, infrastructure, and the people responsible for overseeing its upkeep. Pool safety should be a priority, and guests should not have to worry about getting injured while trying to relax and enjoy their vacation. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issue before someone else gets hurt. As for the food, it was just okay overall. Flame was the best restaurant during my stay, while the hibachi experience was below mediocre. Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to try the Italian restaurant."

"O hotel é ótimo, próximo a Quinta Avenida onde há grande comércio, ao Walmart e rodoviária. O quarto é grande e confortável, os funcionários são gentis, com um sorriso no rosto para lhe atender, dispostos a ajudar. A área de lazer é muito boa, com atividades diversas e recreação. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Tem uma cafeteria bem gostosa que fica aberta até as 23 horas. Porém, Praia del Carmen não tem mar azul"
