Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

"Ok I want people to know I have stayed here maybe 8 times over the last 20 years, its been about 9 years since we last stayed. The staff, food, beverages and spa excellent. However, the nightly entertainment was not good, one night it was downright vulgar, I think it was karaoke night, the other shows were not that good. We stay in the excellence club which is supposed to be for excellence club guest only. They don't police it, we watch people make out in our pool it was awful, the staff didn't say anything. The pools need a little work. With that said overall a great experience but the facility manager and the entertainment director probably need polishing. We will try another excellence resort next time. The staff is wonderful."

"Great hotel. Food was great. Very clean the only thing that we did not like was an older outdated room and no desk in the hotel room as I work on a laptop and even tough I am on vacation I still need a work space. Hoping there would be more office areas other then a noisy cafeteria."

"After checking in and obtaining our wristbands, Gabriel became our guide as we started our adventure. Gabriel was super friendly, very approachable, attentive to every single one of us and brought a positive energy which was exactly what we needed at the start of our trip. Despite not having to, Gabriel helped us with our luggage to get to our rooms and made sure we were all set to go even after we first checked out our rooms. He remained patiently outside and ensured that we were set up, everything was good to go. And if we had any questions, we knew exactly what to do and where to go. We later ran into Gabriel on a second occasion where it was just nice to talk to him. Meet and see him again. He confirmed everything was good. But then we just told jokes we had, laughter and it was just a very comfortable easy experience. On our final day by chance on a third occasion, we see in Gabriel once more. He instantly bonded with all of us again including a senior member of our trip. He made an unforgettable experience and bonding moment with the senior member by giving him a present which meant a great deal to him. What really made Gabriel standout was his personality, his demeanor and how he did things. It really was like seeing an old friend or someone you really enjoyed being around. Gabriel should be recognized for who and how he is and the things he did to make our memory of our trip so memorable, as he is now part of those memories. Thank you, Gabriel!!"

"We had a wonderful family stay at Moon Palace The Grand! The resort is beautiful, with so many activities and entertainment options. The spa was absolutely worth it, and the shows at the auditorium were amazing! 🎭✨ For restaurants, our favourites were Tavola Italian, JC Steakhouse, and Carvao Brazilian—definitely the best dining experiences during our stay. And the highlight for us was the golf course pool with its beautiful view—so peaceful and relaxing! ⛳️🌴 Overall, a fantastic family resort and an experience we truly enjoyed! ❤️"
