"The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout."

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"

"This was a must-do experience. The staff was super friendly. We hadn't booked a meal with our stay, so the staff called the local restaurant to find if they can accommodate our dietary needs (vegan). They made us a reservation and even sent us with a handwritten note in Japanese. The shuttle is very convenient to visit all the Onsens in the town. In hindsight, for a full experience, we should have booked a meal with our stay and called the hotel in advance to request vegan options. "

"Loved it here. My wife did not want to leave. We had the dinner, and we couldn't eat anymore. We seemed happy and excited to help us. were beyond full, but it was delicious. It was also our first time having a full Japanese meal. The staff were lovely. They seemed happy and excited to help us. The onsen on site was delightful. Passes were also provided for the public ones along with a shuttle to get you to them. The yukata provided were comfortable. The futon was cozy. The view from the room, the view from the dining area, and the nature at the onsen were all delightful. Will likely go again if or when we get back to Japan."

"Cute property with wonderful staff. I can't say enough about the hospitality that we enjoyed here. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The property has fun decorations and a great view from the eating area on second floor. The food is plentiful! I have a very bad reaction to chemical MSG which is a flavor enhancer used in many Japanese foods. The staff was very helpful in helping me avoid this. Previous to arriving, based on the communication over email I was not sure if I would be able to eat at the hotel, but once we were there it was very clear how they were able to help with my dietary restriction and the food was great. I also forgot a pair of shoes in the lobby and they had it sent to Tokyo. Really great service. "
