"Property is fantastic. It has a beach front entrance, fairly close to the major bus stop and a grocery store, and the temperature control units worked very well. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the shower/wash room is big and provides good water flow. I highly recommend this property for families of 4 or less. "Perfect stay from check-in to check-out. Ideal location in the centre of everything, fantastic meals, kind and accommodating staff - especially Kaki. The room was updated and very quiet with a small balcony overlooking the river. The private onsen was particularly enjoyable. Highly recommend. "

"Property located about 15 min walk from the main Onsen strip but it provides shuttle service to the strip every half hour. Rooms are large and very nice. Most notable is their buffet dinner and breakfast is excellent with various delicacies almost comparable to high end restaurant but with so much more variety."

"The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout."

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"
