"Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Stored our luggage safely for a day following checkout. The Cont Brkfst was excellent Now to the bar/restaurant. The first encounter the bartender presented professionally. The second time, for food and drink, both the male staff were dressed far too casually … almost slovenly. The place had a handful of filled tables, many were left unwiped. And when the male staffer cleaned them he simply wiped the crumbs off everywhere - sloppily and inefficiently, with residue lefton the seating. to top it off, we learned that MOST OF THE MENU ITEMS were not made on the premises! ie frozen, Yuck. and the food was less than …. And such a dreary place thst could be more inviting. I wonder what the owner of this place pays his staff. Quite the contrast between the front desk and the lounge/restaurant. Shape up!"

"Convenient parking at 20EUR for 24 hours. Train station is walkable to get to anywhere on Amsterdam conveniently and easily. Staff went above and beyond from start to finish! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam!! "

"Excellent location next to metro lines and a bus terminal. Metro to Centraal Station only takes 5-10 minutes. Hotel is very clean and modern, with the beds being extremely comfy! Would definitely this hotel for anyone staying in Amsterdam."
