"Overall, the stay was great. The location was amazing to access public transportation. The staff was fantastic and always seemed genuinely happy to help in any way. The only complaint I had was that the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was really hard and was sagging on the sides. Also, the pillows were not comfortable for me. Everyone has different preferences. Despite this, I would stay here again because everything else was great. "

"We enjoyed our stay!! Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Spacious room and felt refreshing to have all that space which is luxury in Europe. Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were kind, happy, and always eager to help. Unfortunately, two days in a row the hotel elevators were not working. The staff tried their best to have the elevators repaired at the earliest. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for this unfortunate event. They were super helpful. To make our stay comfortable they offered free breakfast for that morning. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice spread. We would totally come back to this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. One of the best hotels in Europe! "

"We arrived late into the evening and were met by the nicest reception staff. They were really attentive and very helpful. Getting to the room it was basically brand new with how clean it was. More than enough utensils and plates needed for my trip. The property was quiet and lots of amenities available on site but also less than a five minute walk from a major public transportation hub (also a short journey time into centre) multiple supermarkets that are open until late and a big fridge to store them in. Bed was really comfy and wash room stocked with enough to last longer than we were staying. Would happily stay again "

"Lovely hotel for families to stay. Restaurant lovely and food of an high quality. Easy access to public transport. Only about 15-20 mins away from central Amsterdam. "

"Staff are so lovely and welcoming, they made the stay so worth it. They made the effort to welcome and converse with us every time they saw us. They allowed us to check in 3 hours early which saved us so much time so we are so grateful for this. There is a free coffee machine that you can help yourself to, it even has hot chocolate and English tea, it was so delicious. The room was so clean, there were no flaws in terms of cleanliness. The bedding and towels were clean and had no stains. The beds were tidied everyday and the bathroom was cleaned too. We booked a double room, it is as small as it looks in the pictures. The room has a kettle and a tv. An iron is available upon request. It would be better if there was a small fridge. If you’re on a girls trip this room won’t be ideal for you as there wasn’t much space for us to store our belongings and to get ready. The hotel is located a short walk from the train and bus station. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would recommend this hotel. "

"No soap for bathtub. Fine if you only took showers. No outlet next to bed. Made it challenging to use a Sleep CPAC machine. Water kettle in room but no mugs only glass tumblers. Room fridge was not cold at all. Location was excellent next to train station. "
