"The hotel was very basic, but had everything we needed. The self check-in was easy to follow.
When we arrived, our shower was broken, but the staff were excellent and replaced it while we were out for the day. It was located very close to Zaandam station and was a perfect base for visiting Amsterdam each day."

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "
