"Had to contact the property to gain access in to the apartment. The guards seemed lost. When we finally received the code to go into the apartment the first thing we noticed was that the although there were air conditioners the remotes were missing so we had to contact the property again to which they replied the next day and had a remote brought over. Overall very nice. Cozy place to stay. "

"The central location is ideal for walking and exploring GDL. The unit is unique, very chic, and secure. I love the indoor space as well as the private terrace! In fact, a year ago I stayed in the same building but in a different unit. The modern Bitloft building is somewhat out of place in this otherwise industrial neighborhood, but that adds to the lofty appeal. "AC were not working, the apartment was to hot. Neighbors were extremely load at nice we’re the people from the top we’re jumping and having a party late at night. I was not able to fall a sleep due to the neighbors. "

"This place is as advertised and very affordable. Spacious and clean. Three beds and an efficient AC unit and ceiling fan to keep things cool. Secured parking on owner’s driveway is a big plus. Located on a somewhat busy and noisy street but things quiet down later in the night. Very easy walk to the town square. The owners, Cesar and Pati, were very accommodating when I inadvertently booked the wrong night. For the price and location, this is a very good place to stay."

"I’ve stayed in this hotel several time over the last 6 years and the issue with the odors coming out of the drains gets worse and worse every time, I wish they do something about it, it’s VERY DISGUSTING "
