"Traveling with two large dogs and a parrot, we found ourselves needing an unexpected stop in Dilley. The Hotel Dilley Grand turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The hosts were genuinely welcoming and made our whole crew feel right at home. The historic building has been recently renovated. Our room was well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable with quality linens. We also appreciated the shared kitchen and dining area, available 24/7, stocked with basic provisions and a Keurig. The location is quiet overall, except for the occasional train. Having a large dollar store across the street is convenient. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable, with warm hospitality and some historical charm. For the price, it’s an easy five stars. "
