"The breakfast is very good and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The bar area is inviting and relaxing. There are very good transport links with a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket nearby."

"Lovely hotel in quieter part of town but still close to amenities. Great view over road to Town Hall and only short, tree-lined walk to Slot. Staff really friendly and helpful, food in restaurant and for breakfast is good quality and great range of drinks available in the bar. Our only slight criticsm was the noise level in the room at night - we were on the top floor and there is a constant humming of equipment (don't think it was the heating) and the guttering on the roof was quite noisy when it rained. This obviously isn't the fault of the hotel and might not be possible to rectify, although the receptionist did say they would check the drainage on the roof when we mentioned it."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely."
