We had the loft which is a building across the street, 2 bathrooms (with washing machines) and very spacious. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes walk down to the tram station, and not too far uphill to Taksim. Different from a big faceless big hotel. Highly recommended."

"The location is quite nice. I enjoyed the view of the sea from the private terrace. I enjoyed walking the tangled cobblestone streets. I was happily lost in them as in a dream. However my driver also became lost at the very end of the shuttle. There is no indication whatsoever from the outside. It's essentially invisible. It is not set up like a hotel; no front desk, no employees on site. It is more like an old apartment building. The shuttle price was 20 Euro more, each way, than advertised....

"The staff claimed that this a fake account and did not honour the reservation. As a compromise they offered a room at a price twice higher than the one in the original hotels.com booking. This all happened at midnight, so we contacted the helpline of hotels.com and were assisted with booking a room in another hotel. The cost difference was covered by hotels.com but the replacement hotel was far from the original one and we had to spend 400 TL for a taxi drive since no public transportation was...
