The room we received was located on the top floor and did not have a balcony with a view, while the pictures displayed a balcony with a view of the street, along with a stove, sink, breakfast table, and other facilities. "Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."
