When we arrived, I was amazed to see that the general manager of such a large property was personally present, ensuring every detail went perfectly. During our stay, it was impossible not to see him several times a day — always walking around, checking everything himself. His presence clearly inspired the entire team to perform their duties with great care and motivation. Burak also upgraded our room free of charge and kindly offered a complimentary massage for me and my wife after our long road trip — a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. He even allowed us to stay six hours after the official checkout time, understanding our situation as a family of four with a three-month-old baby.
