Exceptionally friendly staff that helped me with an urgent transportation crisis. Language was less of a barrier here than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in China.

Celestial Valley
The property is very beautiful and unique, staff was super helpful. The only shortcomings is the breakfast, everyday has the same limited menu.

No.5 Valley Lodge
The guys on reception were so helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Free drop off to park entrance, 5 mins away and would pick us up as arranged on WeChat. Lovely and peaceful place to stay, extremely comfortable rooms, bed etc and shower had great pressure…..a real favourite in a hotel ...
