"The hotel was clean, the landscaping beautiful, and the pools were amazing and clean. The food was typical all inclusive. Our dinner at the Siempre restaurant was delicious. It took a little time to learn all the amenities and shuttles between the Sunset and Rose hotels because you had to access and reserve everything from the QR code. Food at the Market located at the Sunset hotel was hit or miss. Specifically, the pasta dishes were good, the pizza was cold. The fajitas were disappointing because it was all chicken chunks and no variety of vegetables--only some onions. The desserts were good. We ate dinner at the Bistro and that was really good. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful, except for the pool bar. The pool bar staff would rarely make eye contact so it was hard to get their attention, so I felt ignored. However, if you were a young woman or spoke Spanish, you got served right away. Overall, we enjoyed our week at Pacifica."

"Shower was cool and AC was warm. Elevator was out so we had to use stairs for five flights to do anything. Not a problem as we enjoy exercise, however, carrying 50lbs bags up the stairs was less than enjoyable. Staff was wonderful as well as entertainment."

"Had a great time. Property was perfect size. Not as massive and overwhelming as some of the big resorts. However not small by any means. Food was delicious at every restaurant breakfast, lunch, or dinner."

"We have been coming here for the last 12 years. Nice smaller resort , right on the swimmable Medano beach. 2 open air restaurants with views of the beach and good food options. Not fancy rooms, but clean and spacious and have everything you need. Friendly staff , hard working to keep the resort clean."

"La ubicación es especial y espectacular. Piscinas espectaculares y vista al mar perfectas. No es seguro bañarse en la playa por sus fuertes corrientes. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con cucarachas parte trasera del deck con la piscina. Realmente eran miles."
