"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."

"Nothing was unique. In process of being built. Construction material next to room. We did not know the address. We did not have their telephone number. We wondered lost all Friday afternoon until miraculously they called and asked if we were coming or not. We had no instructions on where to park. The place was overprized for its quality. We were very disappointed and unhappy."

Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. "This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant."
