Find Hotels with Bars in Zurich West

This is now my favourite hotel in Zurich. Great for business travel and while I didn't have time to experience the spa amentities, I will make sure I make time during my next visit. The restaurant was perfect for my needs and the staff were very accommodating.

My wife and I celebrating a second honeymoon hiking in the Jungfrau had a layover in Zurich. A dear and well-traveled friend recommended Baur au Lac-- a true international gem. The history, service and overall quality are superlative -- right down to the pillow menu.

Perfect location for accessing the main train station in Zurich

The staff was exceptional! Very friendly , efficient and knowledgeable

The Dolder Grand is simply the finest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. From staff service to the amenities of which there are many, to the accommodations themselves, the Dolder Grand is unmatched in quality by any standards.

Excellent in all ways.Be sure to check out Ruen Thai a few doors down if you stay here. It’s the best Thai food I’ve ever had!

Great location 3 minutes from airport by foot

The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable Even in the hallway comming of the lift, were always apples waiting for you \Location is very good. Is is close to the famous Bahnhofstrasse, the picturesque Rennweg. the Lake to take a sightseeing trip on one of the boats. The Garden Restaurant is very pleasant, offered...

Breakfast included and very good. Staff very good.

Unimpressive lobby, but luxurious rooms. River front would have been much preferred, as cobblestone street traffic in the mornings is very loud, even with daylight-proof exterior window coverings. We did not follow the hotel’s recommendation for a tourist trap. We found much better and less $$ dining options away from the riverfront. Public Parking is a 10 minute walk, but the loading/unloading zone area was convenient. We used the free drink voucher at the sister hotel Widder. Breakfast was...

Very pleasant. Five minute walk to old town and major shopping street. Roof top sitting area to enjoy a view on to the city with a drink. Restaurant, sitting area etc. Well done in keeping with a smaller European hotel.

The rooms are really big and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a very large spread of food and high quality. The location is also very good. Close to zurich airport and 7 mins to downtown.

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. It is a little over a 10 minute walk from Zurich HB which was convenient for a day trip and going back to the airport. As other reviews mentioned, the hotel...

Savoy Hotel Baur en Ville Zurich Elegant five star in a perfect location with one deficiency I stayed at this hotel for four days and absolutely loved it. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the square across from the hotel. There were comfortable chairs on the patio and a table. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. I could sit outside and watch the people snd streetcars travel up and down the main street. The hotel is convenient walking distance to the lake and railroad station. The...

The hotel is close to old city and train station. It is very comfortable. The bed and the pillows , also the bathroom was really nice specially the shower.

Best place to stay in ZRH.

Great location, silent, views are amazing. Walking distance to downtown and great restaurants near by.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in!

Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants
