"This was a beautiful hotel in an area close to everything. I would especially like to mention the customer service was incredible. Our flight was canceled and Silvio was a savior. He was able to already have a room ready by the time we got back to the hotel, he accommodated us for a late check out and made our lives so much better. "

The private beach was perfect and with the restaurants, bars, and pools one wouldn’t have to leave to hotel if they did not want to. My one dissatisfaction is the service overall was very slow - everything from questions to check in was a 15-20min process. "From we arrived to we left, we experienced nothing but smiles and helpfulness. Yes, you need to walk up a few flight of stairs, but after all the pasta we have been eating, that is no problem. From the beautifully decorated big room to the wonderful rooftop terrasse where we ate our breakfast, the Biscary hotel was an amazing experience - also located right in the middle of Catania just a few steps away from incredible restaurants.
