"Property was difficult to find given the lack of signage. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs as there was no lift. "

"The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. "Location was nice, cooker had mismatched knobs, ignitor on cooker did not work so we had to eat out, no instructions on how the heating worked, only heated we had was in the lounge, there is no wifi on sight, a lot of holes in walls where stuff had been removed, when we arrived the bathroom floor was very wet, we run out of hot water the day before we left and no idea how to fix this issue, we also could not find any staff on site to help with these issues.
