"My friend and I enjoyed our stay here, from the moment we were arriving until we left the staff were so helpful! We had pick up arranged when we got off the water taxi and we were helped in getting a golf cart brought to the hotel for us, helped the trip go smoothly. "The room was very outdated no closet space and some parts of the room were kind of dangerous to walk around barefoot because of the sharp edges of the tiles or the lip that separates the room to the bathroom it's very sharp and as dangerous if you run into it with your toes like I did almost broke my toe but definitely you need a closet more space to put your clothes to hang up your clothes."
"Great location at the north end of San Pedro town. The property was well kept. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Resort is right on the beach and a few blocks from the nightlife so it was nice and quiet."

"I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street.
