"I
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat.
There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference."
"A very nice property with everything you need. Jennifer was outstanding and her and GM Jake make sure that you have everything you need. Great rooftop area to relax."
"The room was very outdated no closet space and some parts of the room were kind of dangerous to walk around barefoot because of the sharp edges of the tiles or the lip that separates the room to the bathroom it's very sharp and as dangerous if you run into it with your toes like I did almost broke my toe but definitely you need a closet more space to put your clothes to hang up your clothes."
"Amazing stay! We were welcomed warmly, every question answered. Rooms clean, comfortable, fully supplied. 3-day stay at Caye Casa was the highlight of our trip to Belize."
"We stayed in Cabana #4, perfect for couples. This hotel boutique was lovely. The property manager was extremely helpful with any questions I had. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The balcony was a nice touch, where you can sit outside or dry your clothes/beach essentials. The room both had an AC and a fan - which worked great. If you like to travel and experience the local culture, this is located in the heart of the South of the Island where you can explore different shops...
"Everything was perfect. The location was ideal for us — only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, it’s close to all the action but far away enough to give you some peace and quiet. The staff was lovely, the room was huge, and all was very clean. Highly recommend staying here!"
"Very cute room (we stayed in a cabana that Sarah upgraded us to! Thank you!) and comfy huge king sized bed. AC worked well. Everything was super clean and had what we needed! The only downside was the mosquitoes since we were right on the canal, and it was a 30 min walk into town (or a 10usd/20bzd golfcart taxi, or ride the free bikes if you’re comfortable). Not much within short walking distance but very quiet area if you want to stay out of town. Sarah sent us a nice list with helpful things...
"I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. The only issue I noticed was the noise but I went there during the lobster fest and the lobster fest happens right outside the hotel, directly across from it on the other street. The other similar issue reported by people has been the ocean views. I feel like some of the photos are deceiving, but from where this hotel is...
"Close to the split, basic room but has everything you need, staff and owners are great people. You can hear a bit of outside noise but overall it was good and was able to get a good rest."
