"Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff are all very friendly and helpful . The bar downstairs also very welcoming and the bar staff were really friendly. "

"Location great for closeness to rail station, and restaurants and walking along the river Ness. But also loud at night (we were there on a Friday night). Access to a kitchen and fridge was great. Very clean. Our plumbing worked but made noises at night. Towel heater did not seem to work."

"This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...

The breakfast was amazing, locally sourced meat from the Butcher with some of the nicest black pudding I have tasted. The town and beach are all within walking distance and plenty of places locally to eat in the evening. Thank you Helen for a wonderful stay"
