"Unit was re-modeled except for the bathrooms. Itwas like they quit updating when it came to the baths, still from 1970. Full bath tub had mold growing in it with very, very old fixtures. Was also asked to clean the grill spotless if we used it, of which we did not use.Unit was on the ground floor and you could here the neighbors upstairs conversations and walking around. Plus side, it have a nice view from deck if you could ignore the conversations above you."

We just wanted you to know a few things, maybe for the cleaning crew for the next time:-The coffee pot had a filter that had been left there, so there was mold growing in it-There were no dishwashing pods so we were unable to run the dishwasher -The toilets had a hard time flushing, the one downstairs was backed up and overflowed. We cleaned it up with cleaning spray you had there-The hand soap in the upstairs bathroom was completely...

"The Knotty Pine cabin was the perfect getaway spot for our anniversary vacation in Grand Lake. The view of the lake from the cabin is spectacular! The decor was great, everything was clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive, attentive and provided clear instructions. Our favorite part of the stay was seeing elk at the back of the cabin twice!Thank you for making our vacation great!"

Also, this listing is somewhat deceiving because the extra fees added are significant. It would be better it the base price more accuratel reflected the true cost."

"This is a very nice and quiet location at the end of the road, near to Columbine lake and a short drive to Grand Lake and the Golf Course. Kids loved the upstairs loft area and bedroom and downstairs bedroom was very comfortable. "
