"We had a brief and wonderful stay at the tiny house. Adam is a responsive host at a fantastic location. This tidy, tiny, house had all our family of four needed to end our visit back on the big island. The location felt remote and yet minutes to Hilo’s historic district as well as quick access to the nearby surf break. Gas range and outdoor fireplace under the covered porch made for lovely home cooked and memorable meals. Overall, a gem! "

"We had a wonderful stay; a great host and very welcoming. The scenery is breathtaking and serine, perfectly nestled within the trees. The front porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee and a good book. You’re a short distance away from downtown Hilo, hiking trails, waterfalls and a clear night sky. "We had an excellent stay at the Waiakea Villas. The room was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Check-in was by lockbox, but it was easy to use. There is a State Park just around the corner which was a nice place to walk in the mornings. The room does not have central A/C (like many places in Hawaii) but it did have a portable unit. We did not find instructions for how to use the portable unit in the room's guest guide, but eventually figured out that there is an outflow pipe for hot...

"Very clean condo! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The location of this place is excellent! We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming! The view from this condo is excellent!!!!!"

"The home fit our large family well. It was clean and in a great location too. Large family room and dining room where we could all hang out. The small deck was nice."

"We were very Comfortable and would stay again! Appreciate white linens as it adds to feeling of being clean. Comfortable bed. A/C was a nice perk! Unit was ground level so easy to get baggage in and out. Designated parking spot. House Close to road but never noticed car noise. Did hear foot noise over head but wouldn’t deter from staying again. The local market, KTA, was great!!"
