"위치는 참 좋았습니다. 상해 중심지와 가까워서 여행 도중 잠시 들어와 쉬기 좋았네요. 화장실이 좀 좁고 낮은 것, 주변 시설들 및 건물이 좀 오래 된 것 빼고는 내부는 만족했습니다. 필요한 것이 있으면 주인 분께서 잘 챙겨주십니다. "

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

"I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam.
