"Complete dump. Hood Rats doing Hood Rat things in the courtyard. The room was ass, and smelled like it. Dirty sheets, no toilet paper. We left immediately after check-in, and drove the 4 hours back to Gulfport at 10:45pm."

"This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay "
