"The advertised “3 BR apartment” covers 1 room in a shared flat, which was not stated clearly. Impossible to sleep after 5:30 due to noisy floors above. Also, a wide gap under the room’s door allowed in noise from other tenants and the apartment’s clothes dryer, which was apparently being used by the cleaning staff. When there was no hot water and I informed them that the water heater’s display showed a flashing wrench sign, they hesitated to send a technician, asking me to send a video first....
