"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch gab es Probleme mit dem Badezimmer. Am zweiten Tag verstopfte das Toilettenrohr, wodurch schmutziges Wasser austrat und sich im gesamten Badezimmer verteilte. Am dritten Tag verstopfte auch das Waschbecken, sodass Zähneputzen und Gesicht waschen am Morgen nicht mehr möglich waren. Diese Zwischenfälle beeinträchtigten leider die Hygiene und den Komfort. Es wäre ein sonst schöner Aufenthalt gewesen. Frohes Neues Jahr!"
