"All the caravans looked amazing until we found 51 it’s very old and should not be on such a lovely site bar staff in club house were very nice but the van was not it’s severely worn out carpet worn chipped wood everywhere broken fridge door it was supplied with one plate one knife tv didn’t work until we went to shop to buy new batteries can’t park car close to van and the beds were shocking so not much sleep had but worst of all no hot water we didn’t stay both nights decided we would go home...

The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm.
