"The room was on the second floor but was just about manageable for me with a back condition. The room was clean, a bit of updating would be good as it was quite dated. The room faced the main road and was busy with traffic and also very noisy with the amount of seagulls that gathered but that is normal in a seaside town. Tamsin the owner was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The English breakfast was lovely and included in the price. I would stay there again but preferably choose a room...

"We received a lovely warm welcome upon arrival before being shown to our very spacious and well appointed en-suite bedroom. The double aspect room was light & airy with views over the moor on one side & church yard on the other. The hospitality tray had a good selection of tea, coffee & water plus some delicious homemade sweet treats.
