"Our family had an amazing time on Cowee Creek. Had the opportunity to meet both of the owners. They were both friendly and hospitable. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs all over and I have never stayed in a home that the kitchen that had all of the needed items. The kids had a blast in the creek. Our friends who were staying close by came over for the kids to build boats and have a boat race down the creek. The kids explored the creek banks for cool rocks and to look for fish. The pictures don’t do it...

Out of the 10 or 15 cabins we've stayed in before, this cabin definitely has one of the best views we've ever had! The property manager was very responsive with a couple questions we had regarding check-in and temperature setting on the thermostats. The drive to get to the cabin is steep, but not horrible compared to other cabins we've stayed in before. Its in a gated community that has only a few homes in....

"Beautiful and comfortable home in a private, gated community. If you’re looking for activities on the river, fishing and hiking, this place is great. Literally steps away from the Nantahala river. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the river. Wall-to-wall windows, allowing amazing views of the river and mountains. We love to cook family meals while away and this kitchen is amazing. State of the art everything! Close to Bryson City too for a nice day excursion. Can’t wait to come back!! "

"The house was better looking than listed. Tons of room for 6 people. 4 adults a teen and a kid. It’s super close to the downtime activities and we walked everywhere. Christmas / thanksgiving time was better than expected. GSMNP is not far at all. 25-30 minutes to the gate. The owner contacted me as soon as messaged. The fire pit was a hit too. Will stay again!
