"The Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and my check in was quick and easy. The room was a decent size, and everything was clean, including the bathroom. It's a good location as it's only a couple of minutes walk from either Exmouth town centre or the seafront. It is an older building, so getting to and from the room requires a fair bit of up and down stairs. The room was quite warm, and tricky to have the window open (seagulls!) - no a huge deal."

"Just needed an overnight stay before an early morning appointment at Musgrove Park Hospital. This was a beautifully kept property, and so convenient for both the Hospital and for Taunton town centre. I am in a wheelchair, and although there was not a wheelchair accessible room available (it had already been booked), the staff found me a wonderful ground floor room that was totally suitable for my needs. "Convenient for the Haynes Museum and The Air museum. The rooms not as nice as we expected. Very dark and dated. The toilet was loose on the floor and there was no hot water in the sink, our room didn’t have curtains but shutters which meant if you made it private you couldn’t have any fresh air and it was very hot! Breakfast was okay. Beautiful wisteria growing in the courtyard "
