"便利なのは、クラクフ中央駅から近いこと。周辺のレストランの多いこと。少し戸惑ったのは、鍵が昔からの古いタイプで、錠の開閉にコツが必要で、すぐに開かなかった。シャワー、浴槽のお湯の温度の調整が少し難しい。しかし、窓からの眺めは素晴らしく、建物はレトロな雰囲気を味わうには最高でした。スタッフの方が重いトランクを持って階段を上ってくれました。鍵を開けるのも手伝ってくれました。雰囲気のよい古い建物を楽しみたい方にぜひと思うホテルでした。良い思い出になりそうです。"

"The reception team: Professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. Great team of women. A special shout out to Agnieszka and Brygida who i saw most. I need to say friendly again, as I felt we were friends by the end of my stay. There was a very loud 2 night Batchelor party going on when I arrived, after a very long travel day. It was resolved by those 2 wonderful women. Thank you. 1st room was OK for the price. 2 twin beds. Coffee/tea in room. Nothing to watch on small tv. 1st floor. 2nd room...
