"We splurged on Expedia and picked one of the nicer hotels on the island. There was mold in our room and in the hallways. We saw a painter painting over mold in another room across the hall from us. We tried to get help from the front desk, but with the language barrier, they pretended like they couldn’t understand, even though we translated the issues using Google translate. We have been trying to get a hold of them for a refund or at least partial refund and they are ignoring our calls and...

"My stay at Cocoplum Beach Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Andrés. I would happily stay here again!"
