"I was in Basel with friends for Eurovision. The city as a whole embraced the contest wholeheartedly, and the hotel really got into the spirit of things. The reception staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. A small problem that we encountered with our room a few days into our stay was dealt with promptly and efficiently - we were moved to an alternative room straightaway. Breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to have the option to sit outside and eat it in the pleasant...
