First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. "Expedia users often get less desirable rooms. This room was right above the entry to the hotel and not interesting/bad view. Hotel clearly was not very busy – seems like they lose an opportunity to upgrade someone when there is clearly a lot of availability. More frustrating is that the hotel pool was closed. I now see in the small print that it was in fact posted in Expedia, but who reads the small print when you stay at the hotel multiple times? There was no “I’m sorry“ at check-in or...

"Really good location. Close to everything. I walked to so many places. Clean properly. Nice spacious rooms. Cool author room names. Small lame breakfast. Parking if u need it. Swimming pool on sister property. 2nd time here."

"We’ll be back. Really nice, small, European style. Rooms fully updated, clean modern feel. Staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Area is highly walkable and, like any big city, must see areas and also areas to avoid. Only negatives are small, very slow, single elevator and shower faucets which were over-engineered."
