Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. "

There is a grocery store within a five minute walk, and most of the major attractions are within a 15 minute walk radius. In addition, the hotel staff are wonderful! "The place is clean. Centrally located. You can walk to a lot of attractions. There’s a metro station less than 5 minutes away. Easy to get to ang fron Alex was answering my issue at 4 am which surprised me. Lots of food choices and a couple of really good patiserie down the sec"

"The location is excellent and entry was easy. The only thing I would improve is to include directions for operating the shower. It took us a minute to figure out (especially since we were so jetlagged). The outlets could be in more convenient locations as well, but I understand this may not be doable given the age of the building."
