"I also want to clarify that calling City Hotel Nebo a “hotel” on Expedia is misleading. It feels much more like a hostel or a very low-budget accommodation rather than a proper hotel. The facilities, room size, and overall comfort do not match what most people would expect from a hotel stay. Given the condition of the rooms and the basic amenities, it would be more accurate to describe it as a hostel or budget lodging. This misrepresentation makes the price even harder to justify."

Room was nice and clean, only problem we had as checked in late and very tired was the toilet was trickling all night as if ongoing flush but too tired to go and report it, neighbouring room banging hard on the wall several times throughout the night felt like an earthquake so not a very good nights sleep overall"

"Short walk to and from the Old Town and central railway station. Staff very helpful (especially Erik) with food recommendations. Bar had a happy hour! Breakfast was plentiful and included. Room was small but had every needed amenity. Only complaint was that we were too hot - our fault as we only realised we could open the windows in the morning! Given that Denmark were playing at home that day it was thoroughly enjoyable."

"Overall it's a great deal. The room was clean, staff was nice. I'm slightly torn about the location I think not bad; with a 15-minute walk you can get to a mall/ a laundromat/ the train station. It's not the closest to the usual attractions, you'd have to walk for a bit and take a bus to get to the centre. "

"I recently stayed at the Scandic Sydhavnen and found it to be exactly as described. The location is about 20 minutes from the city center, but the local public transport links are excellent, and the hotel offers bike rentals which made exploring Copenhagen very easy. The room was clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the blackout curtains and the soundproofing; despite being near a road, the windows blocked the noise perfectly. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, though I did notice the bathroom tiles are starting to show their age. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great selection of food and the dining area is spacious enough that it never felt cramped. A very reliable choice for a Copenhagen stay!"

"The hotel is in an excellent central location. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and I was allowed to check in very early, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean, but extremely small. Mine was a single room with a “small double” bed. Because the room was so narrow, the bed was placed lengthways against the wall rather than in the usual position. At its narrowest point, there was only about 58 cm between the bed legs and the wall, which felt very tight. The bed legs were made of solid square posts with sharp edges, and I repeatedly scratched my leg while trying to pass through. It was quite painful (see photos). I have never stayed in a hotel of this rating with such a small room, and I was not impressed. There was no writing desk, refrigerator, safe, or even a telephone (perhaps it was accessible via the TV, but I’m not sure). There was also merchandise hanging on the wall for sale, which made the already small room feel even more cramped. Overall, I was disappointed."

"Hotel overall was lovely. Everywhere was clean and staff were welcoming. Good location near the station too. The room walls were a little thin and our neighbours were a bit noisy. But some good ear plugs solved it. I would stay there again."
