Mas, ao conhecer o apto, achamos necessidades que nao tinham: acessibilidade, frigobar, ar condicionado, sem falar no cheiro ruim no andar subsolo... pedimos para trocar. So tinha luxo. Com precobem maior. Já estavamos lá descendo e subindo malas... ficamos com o luxo, que nao tem nada de luxo! A construção é antiga, janelas sazazaki, muito simples, no geral. O bom, é no centro, atendimento do balcao, do café e faxineira otimos! Pelo menos, do terreo...
