We were told it was due to central heating in the building. There were fans everywhere to try to cool it down. - dirty rags on the sink when we arrived. - lots of little half-effort repairs with packing tape, glue,...

"Perfectly located at walking distance from many great restaurants. Check-in was a little complicated as we had to get in touch with a representative and meet in site. She asked us to text when we were 15 minutes away, we gave her a 20 minutes warning and still had to wait. We got the impression that short-tern rental was probably not encouraged in the building. Obce check-in was done, everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay."
