"We had a great experience staying at the hotel which was a perfect base for a few days exploring the area. Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers."

"Unprofessional behavior from manager who cancled our booking at the last moment sighting a heavy rish and nonreceipt of confirmation email from expedia. Later he made a saperate deal asking me to cancel expedia booking and book it directly."

"The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

"We are a retired American couple with some prior experience at all levels of hotels in India. This beautiful place, with diverse sizes and views in the rooms, has a perfect location and attentive, considerate staff. The owner/manager is on his toes at all times, attempting to meet the needs and wishes of all guests. Breakfast included, all meals are available; food choices somewhat limited in number, but of very high quality, Indian and Keralese specialties with every effort made to please...
