"Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company."

"Booked the hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint. Located in the Sa Pa centre but ideally away from the bustling area. Within 5min walk to the centre. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff have been extremely nice and polite. Very fluent in English, much to our surprise given that many locals in the area arent. Would definitely go to the same hotel if returning to Sa Pa."

"Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!"

The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. "Amazing view from your room waking up to what you think is a giant mountain view poster plastered on your window. Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up. Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts. But otherwise, fantastic place to stay after a body beating day of trekking around Sapa"

"My family of three stayed here on August 2024. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency. "We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. "
