"The reception staff were somewhat indifferent and not very friendly. We had a loft room which for space was good however the staircase was very steep with narrow stairs. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of pool and hallway noise. Our room was clean and King bed comfortable. Did not like putting our garbage and towels outside the door in the morning. Convenient for restaurants. Property grounds felt tropical which was fun."

"Need some new pillows! And they should attend to the rooms like they say after 3 days. No one came to empty trash or a light cleaning at all"

"I was not given a confirmation number. When my roommate tried to check in ahead of time, she was not allowed. she had to wait for me to arrive because she had no confirmation number and there had been no request to list the occupants."

"The Planter’s Inn is a perfect location for walking all over the historic section of city. Love the wine and cheese every evening with live piano music. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely."

"Valet customer service surprisingly charged our electric vehicle for us which helped us dramatically. The room was very clean which helped us rest well, breath better, and be in a great mood. Breakfast staff especially Mr. Domonique helped with direction on where in the lobby breakfast was. Breakfast had a great selection. Mr. Domonique was very professional, respectful, and thoughtful by making sure we had enough food before breakfast was over and insisting on cleaning off the breakfast table....

"5 star experience"

"I liked the access to the parking garage from the floor my room was on"

"The hotel is nice and conveniently located, about a 10-15 minute walk from City Market and other downtown attractions. One feature we especially appreciated was the complimentary transportation service from the hotel to the city center. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good choice for visiting Savannah."

"We had such a nice stay for a few days. We stayed in the largest suite they have (2 bedroom 2 bath) and it was wonderful. My husband loves the coffee all day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We consistently stay at Homewood when traveling to Savannah."

"Everything was great besides the breakfast."

"Good price for the room"

"Overall, this hotel worked for our needs. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly. We were able to check in earlier than we thought, and that was extremely nice. The room served our needs. It had a couch, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a desk. The breakfast was fine, standard hotel fare. I enjoyed the coffee. The room was decently clean but not excellent. For example, there is a pedestal sink in the toilet, and behind the sink was not cleaned. The areas reachable by a standard mop...
