"A estrutura do hotel em si é até legal, mas a cama que nos foi oferecida era mais dura que o próprio chão. Primeiro que nos ofereceram pra dormir com a bebe de quase 2 anos no meio de nos, em uma cama de casal. Depois que, ao pedir sobre a troca de colchao, fomos informados que so poderiam verificar no dia seguinte. Como tinhamos apenas uma diária, tivemos uma pessima experiencia nesse sentido"

Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."
