Ao relatar o problema, o gestor não só se recusou a ressarcir o prejuízo como também demonstrou total descaso e demora em tratar do assunto. O hotel não dispõe de cofre que funcione para guardar objetos de valor, o que aumenta ainda mais a insegurança. O quarto em si é extremamente desconfortável: a cama é dura, o travesseiro é de péssima qualidade e...
