"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "The two bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious and had every amenity. There was a very friendly cat around that we enjoyed! The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was very spacious, but had algae filled water features we didn’t understand. The hotel reception was very friendly, spoke great English, and was helpful. "The room was terrible. Dirty carpet. Room wasn’t even in the hotel but across the alley and on another building they said was a sister hotel. It was 92 and no air conditioning or fans. We had to sleep with the windows open ( as they suggested) above a parking lot and next to a busy street. They had tables below us under our windows where people sat and smoked. The smoke came right into our room. I would never advise anyone to consider this hotel."

"Beautiful spacious rooms, nicely updated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Only negative with the room was the motion sensor lights in the bathroom continued to kick on throughout the night and shines right at the bed. Pool was ok, we didn’t get to use the sauna’s due to specific spa rules.. Hot Tub wasn’t in operation which was unfortunate. Location is fantastic and the restaurant was good. "
