"Good location, very friendly staff very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Parking available and good price. Rooms clean and plenty of hot water. Bonus was availability of hot drinks throughout the day in reception. Would return next time in Edinburgh."

"I didnt use the bar or breakfast facilities. My only issue was the fact the rooms are so spread out. The first room offered you had to use two different lifts to change floors to access it and walk through a rabbit warren of corridors. I have a sore knee so found the distance too far. I was moved to a closer room but this was still quite far away but did only need 1 lift to access it. When I asked why there is nothing on the website or when booking to explain as to why you need to access a different building I was told the room is only allocated the day before so it may not have been so. Still time to warn customers as I would not have stayed if I had known this."

"Very good location, in the city centre. However it was for my liking a little too crammed in. Even for one person a bit challenging. But I suppose this is what justifies the price in such a prime location. Maybe some more transparency on it being the size it is would help going forward."
