The property has nice sitting outside areas around the property. Access to Agate beach is via a small steep path. Parking is provided in a covered area. Ocean House is not in walking distance to restaurants or shopping. The firepit pic is misleading since when you sit there the surrounding hedges totally block the view onto the water! "
