"The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

"Communication with 3rd party management company was very frustrating. Through text messaging they continually stated our issues were resolved and they were not. Beds very uncomfortable and when we asked to lower temperature they refused and advised it was locked. It was very uncomfortable at night and we got little sleep. Bath tub leaked both times we used it even after someone was sent to fix. We ended up having to leave early. This was our first bad experience and we would not recommend this...

"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group.
