"Venue was very comfortable, clean & warm, but the outstanding feature was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. It’s a beautiful building, though showing some signs of age related heavy use, but this adds to the great character of the hotel. I will have no hesitation in returning. "

"Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good.
