"We didn't stay at this exact hotel because there was an issue with our room, and we were transfered to another hotel from the chain. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful in both hotels. We stayed at the Hotel Wiracocha Inn. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable."

"We stayed at this hotel twice. We had 2 different rooms. The experience was completely different depending on the room. Our first room was an older room facing the train tracks. It was fun to see the train coming in and hear the music. Unfortunately we were there during the demonstrations so we never actually got to get on the train. We got to experience first hand the chaos of the demonstration. It was surreal that they were putting on the full show even when they knew there was a...

"We had a great stay, location was perfect and walkable and quiet. Right in front of the river which sounded amazing. Great water pressure and warm shower. They had breakfast bright and early enough for our early tickets to Machu Picchu. Friendly staff. They also were able to hold our luggage while we waited for our afternoon train. "

"After initial issues with outside noise and a move to a room far from the noise, I was given an updated modern room plus a complimentary dessert plate as a gesture acknowledging my troubles. The hotel is very convenient near the central Plaza de Armas where there is nightly free entertainment plus many shops and restaurants."

"Great location and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They met us at the train station and took us to get Machu Picchu tickets straight away.
Room was a great size, shower was good with hot water, however the jacuzzi bath was a let down, brown smelly water and jets projected water all over the room, but to be honest wasn’t bothered whether it was there or not.
Good solid base whilst visiting MP"

"Everything was great. Our flight got cancelled and we arrived one day after. They did not charged us the first night. Train station 5 min down. Main attraction 15 min up hill.
The place has a big garden with a lot of flowers, everyone was very nice! "

"The views were incredible. The space was quiet and the staff friendly. The hotel is near the square and only a 5 minute walk from the market/train/bus stations, but far enough away from the most active places to be calming. Be mindful of the hike up to the hotel! If you can pack extra light, do so. I was lucky to meet a couple of young men to help carry my suitcase up the flights of stairs and the hotel host carried it down for me when I left."

"Arrived a little late due to train stoppages from protests. Check in was nice and easy. Room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, so it’s a climb. But it ’s good for you. Rooms are small but very nice and manageable. They have hairdryers if you ask. They had hair soap and bar soap. Bed was comfy. No ac or heat but didn’t matter it was still cool.
We left next morning at 0520 and they gave us a bagged breakfast/lunch (sandwhich, water, juice, banana and bar). The following day we had breakfast and...
