"I enjoyed stay"

"Food could have improved. Please do not sweep the floor when guests are having their meals."

"Great hotel and will come back "

"Breakfast and staff and service"

"This hotel is one of the most family-friendly hotels we have ever visited. They have a play area for children, beautiful gardens, and a kids' swimming pool. However, the conditions at their zoo are heartbreaking, especially for the owls and parrots. Additionally, the baby crib provided looked old, broken, and unsafe for our son, so we only used it as a playpen under our strict supervision. The showerhead in our bathroom was also old and broken, and the bathroom had a constant, unpleasant smell."

"nice experience staying here!"

"I especially liked how polite and professional the team was throughout my visit. Overall, a great dining experience that matches Mercure’s high standard of hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone staying at the hotel or visiting Garut!"

"Clean room, great staff, nice breakfast and availability of parking"

"Thank you to all the staff that help make our stay memorable. We really enjoyed it with the kids. Staff was all helpful and took care of us with special care"

"Great service great people and a great breakfast"

"Kamar mandi nya berkerak, Waterheater sudah jelek sehingga mengeluarkan bau besi, dari lantai kamar mandi keluar binatang kecil2 hitam.. Butuh perawatan bangunan sih.. Staf nya baik dan ramah.."

"Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Always greet with smile good hospitality. However the toilet can work abit better especially the shower stand and miss shampoo "

"Very clean room and the staffs are friendly."

"Non-smoking room, but the smell is always there"
